Join the Levine Museum of the New South in a dialogue about the experiences of the Afro-Latino community. Share your voice and perspectives on what it means to be Afro-Latino today in a roundtable style program where the audience leads the way. Facilitated by community leaders Jermaine Nakia Lee and Ailen Arreaza. Community Conversations is designed for an audience of forward-facing problem solvers and individuals who want to create change in their community. It encourages roundtable dialogue amongst attendees and guest panelists, prompted by conversation starters aligned with the evening's theme. This series explores themes of interest to local communities and creates space for intentional conversations that enlighten and spark change. Doors open at 6:00PM Program will begin at 6:30PM This event is FREE however, we do encourage you to register.
